What Your Donations Support
Our Disabled Animals
We care for about 70 disabled animals on average, with the numbers going up or down depending on new arrivals, adoptions, and losses. Most of our animals — about 40 — are dogs, while the rest are cats and horses. Nearly two-thirds of the animals at the ranch are blind or blind-and-deaf, and blindness is, in a sense, our "specialty." The rest are deaf, three-legged, or have neurological or orthopedic disabilities. But every one of them enjoys life to the fullest!
